Welcome! I’m Flávia, a qualified and registered counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. My commitment lies in assisting children, parents, women, couples and the elderly as they navigate life's challenges.

I deeply appreciate and honour the unique narratives that each person brings, and I believe that we all possess the inherent capacity to create a fulfilling and meaningful life.

With several years of experience as a qualified psychologist in Brazil, I had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse age groups, and backgrounds. I addressed a range of concerns, including anxiety management, stress, depression, autism, trauma and PTSD, mental health issues, loneliness, communication strategies, relationships, grief and loss, and palliative care. Since relocating to Australia, I have further enhanced my skills by obtaining a Master of Counselling degree.

My approach integrates professional expertise with genuine compassion, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions through a strengths-based method. My therapeutic framework is informed by solution-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and attachment theory. I am dedicated to empowering clients to navigate life's complexities with resilience and hope.
