Breathe Deep Counselling
As a counsellor, I am committed to providing a safe, calm, and empathetic space where clients can openly discuss their current challenges. My approach is collaborative, working together to identify strengths, set agreed goals, and take positive steps forward in alignment with each client’s values and beliefs.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing grief and loss, life transitions, stress, general anxiety and depression, as well as spiritual and ministry-related concerns. I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and helpful resources, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). With twenty years of ministry experience, for those who request it, I also offer Biblical Counselling as part of the process.
I am a lifelong learner, always seeking to grow in my understanding and practice. Outside of counselling, I enjoy music, pour-over black coffee, Nordic Noir books and series, and spending quality time adventuring in nature with my family.
